The daily mileages of this itinerary are less than standard giving you a great chance to explore the villages you come across, stop and take photographs or just spend time sitting on beaches or cliffs. Cross the River Erme which is tide dependent.

Wembury to Plymouth (Barbican)
Distance: 11 miles Difficulty: Easy/Moderate

Cross the River Yealm by short ferry journey.

- Day 4: Walking
Plymouth (Barbican) to Kingsand/Cawsand
Distance: 6 miles Difficulty: Moderate/Easy

A ferry is required between Cremyl and Plymouth.

Day 5: Walking
Kingsand/Cawsand to Portwrinkle
Distance: 10 miles Difficulty: Moderate
- Day 6: Walking
Portwrinkle to Looe
Distance: 8 miles Difficulty: Moderate

Please be advised that there is limited accommodation in Portwrinkle and this may be sourced nearby.

Day 7: Walking
Looe to Polperro
Distance: 5 miles Difficulty: Moderate

Polperro to Fowey

A ferry is required between Fowey and Polruan.

Fowey to Charlestown

Charlestown to Gorran Haven

Day 11: Walking
Gorran Haven to Portloe

Portscatho to Falmouth

Two ferry crossings are required on this stretch.
